Ian Happ has had an absolutely terrible couple of years, and this podcast proves he simply doesn’t care. Dude has never won anything of importance in his career, yet takes time to make this podcast instead of enhancing his performance with hard work and discipline. Maybe he’s actually a genius, it’s something to fall back on when Chicago Cubs fans finally throw his butt out into the street.
For the record, I listen for Ian Happ. Favorite player alert. That said, I’ve learned sooooo much about the inner workings of baseball and ball players that it has helped me bring perspective into my fandom as well as mothering two young ball players. They are tired of me saying “you should really listen to this part when Ian, Dakota and Tom (or a slew of wonderful guests from all over the league) talk about….” I even ordered some Parce!
