This is my favourite podcast right now. The subjects discussed have taught me a lot and it’s so great to listen in on the current environnemental issues and solutions going on out there. I am a scientist myself, so on my way to work I plug this in and it motivates me to keep on keeping on! (The one male host is very hard to hear though, needs a better mic?)
The hosts sound like they have never seen the questions that they are reading off. Maybe they should read through the script or whatever beforehand, out loud, until someone listening to them says 'that sounds natural' ...even if you write up the questions after you have conducted the interview, you can make it sound more like a conversation.
I'm the producer for CR; you won't hear my voice much, but I've been working on climate adaptation issues since 2003, traveling more than 1 million flight miles globally to observe and intervene on a wide range of climate change impacts and adaptation projects and policies. The people we track here represent a global voice and perspective, and we want to project a positive, active vision for how we all get climate-ready for the future. I hope you join the conversation!
I've listened to several episodes now and they seem to have a good mix of topics to discuss. It's interesting to learn about some of the technical and some of the personal stories behind climate adaptation. Keep it up!
New and substantive podcast focusing on climate adaptation. Really needed. They have managed to get a diverse set of guests, many international. Looking forward to more episodes.
