    Wow, A must listen! I very much appreciated learning about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Dr. Z! I found it so interesting to know more about the “stuckness” that comes with high achieving behaviors. Perfectionism is so embedded in our culture, and I know it's hard to let go, so I valued learning about a more realistic approach that doesn't criticize people who are prone to having been high achievers.
