    I first heard her name in a Functional Med Provider FB group earlier this week. It was something to do with getting flow owning your own practice (I do). So while prepping for work I put on a title that resonated. Fast forward to night, I’m 5 episodes in (on normal speed which speaks to her enjoyable pace & lack of excessive fluff) and have a page of random scribbled notes while putting away laundry.
