Ep 15: Hunting as Custodianship of a Living Cosmos
Q: Gordon, I want to ask, have you ever been hunting?
Yes, about four times. I've done more fishing. I don't love fishing, to be honest.
The Ocean is Sentient and Wants to Kill my Brother
Q: What kind of rituals did your brother form?
Nate has grown into a guy who is really good at reading his odds; he manages forces beyond his ken through a variety of personal beliefs.
The Ocean is Sentient and Wants to Kill my Brother
Q: So how does that affect how you fit then?
Fishing is a compulsive being, right?
The Ocean is Sentient and Wants to Kill my Brother
Q: How did you guys both develop a relationship with the sea?
We grew up in Ohio, landlocked, and Nate would tell you we were fishing at birth near a couple of days out, and fishing on lakes, and that was a thing that we did through all of our years.
Spontaneous, brief, brilliant: Brook Trout and Strange Lights in the Woods
Q: What happened in the moments after the light appeared?
Both Jimmy and Alex were confused, sharing thoughts of a possible nuclear bomb, and spent hours trying to rationalize the unexplained light they witnessed.
