  • Really interesting!

I’m pretty picky with the podcasts I like, (particularly fitness/heath ones because I don’t want to feel preached at) but I’m hooked on this one. The host is great at finding interesting parts of guest’s lives and explaining specialized concepts in a way everyone can understand.

Q: For you, you said you had a job. What was the job that you had in high school?
My mom used her physician connections to get me a warehouse helper role at the hospital, where I fetched supplies, managed basic tasks, and learned to operate within a fast-paced medical environment.

Q: What pushed you to run for local office?
Motivation centered on economic development, mental health, and supporting local communities through practical, behind-the-scenes work and coalitions rather than merely campaigning.
