  • Love!! But…

I love the podcast don’t change a thing; ‼️however, Apple Podcasts has advertised Casinos, Sports Betting, Alcohol, and now S€x toys cut in to the podcasts. Please figure out a way to stop them from advertising things that you actively stand against. ‼️

  • Not the comments section energy anymore

Brett has turned into darker heavier “more serious” political topics but fails to lend a unique or nuanced view. I really enjoyed her pop-culture blend of politics and commentary on the Zeitgeist that her new show lacks. It filled a niche hole in the world that’s missing even after the DW exit. I understand for IP reasons she can’t do the same format but I don’t need another “same story different day” politics update that could be captured in a headline rather than the patterned circular rambli... more

  • Microphone issues? Or just Brett’s intensity?

I love Brett and have been listening for half a decade but lately it’s been so difficult for me to tune in due to excessive sibilance/harshness on certain sounds (particularly hard Rs) that her microphone isn’t smoothing over. I turn my earbuds down to try to tame it but can barely hear what she’s saying despite the fact that my eardrums are screaming. I usually listen in the gym so no headphones is not an option. Will give 5 stars when Brett gets a better microphone 🤣
