Child and teen therapist here! I love this podcast. I recommend it to my clients and parents to help them get a good beginning grasp on complex issues! Easy to understand but cultivates a sense of urgency with mental health issues. A great place to start if you want to learn more about yourself or a loved one. I love they are taking the taboo off of hard to talk about issues!
This is such a good podcast! The episodes are so informative and well researched. My favorite ones are the one that dives deep into how depression effects teens and the one examining how sex effects you from a mental, physical and spiritual perspective. The hosts are interesting and truly understand their topics.
