  • The Working Group used to be one of my favourites, where I'd come to hear a genuine debate of ideas. Now I'm deleting it. It used to be fun hearing Bomber go over the top and provoke the right and now he just gets on people who agree with him and so the whole shtick is just irritating at best. It's like the carnival ride Gravitron where left wing politicians get in a circle and spin around vomiting and have it all fly back in their face. Either that or a circle and a biscuit...

Hannah Tamaki & Tāmaki Makaurau By-Election | Hone Harawira, Tau Henare, Claudette Hauiti, Matthew Tukaki | Bradbury Group
Q: Which party has best addressed the core issues in this campaign, Labour or the Māori Party, and why?
Panel members discuss the strengths and limitations of both campaigns, with emphasis on ground presence, youth engagement, and innovative policies from Te Paati Māori as a potential differentiator.
Hannah Tamaki & Tāmaki Makaurau By-Election | Hone Harawira, Tau Henare, Claudette Hauiti, Matthew Tukaki | Bradbury Group
Q: Hannah, you have not been invited to tomorrow night's by-election debate because your candidacy was judged to lower threshold to have an impact and preference was on Pini and on Orini. Has that impacted your campaign?
Hannah responds by outlining her focus on representing everyday people and discussions about what she stands for, emphasizing unity and practical community work over confrontation.
Chlöe Swarbrick on Iran, Economy & Green Policy | Panel - Tau Henare, Professor Wayne Hope, Hauiti | The Bradbury Group
Q: What should New Zealand do about the Iran situation from a foreign policy perspective?
The guests argue for a clearer, more independent NZ stance that upholds human rights and the rules-based order, while avoiding entanglement in misaligned sanctions or military escalation.
Chris Hipkins on Oil, Palestine & Voter Rights | Panel - Michael Wood & Riccardo Menéndez-March | Bradbury Group
Q: What is Labour's stance on recognizing Palestine and on oil and gas policy?
Labour supports recognizing Palestine as part of a principled foreign policy while arguing for a careful, balanced approach to energy policy that prioritizes a transition to renewable energy and addresses climate concerns, rather than expanding fossil fuels.
Marama Davidson on the Budget | Polluter Cover-Up Exposed
Q: Matthew Hooton, how confident are you in the government's growth forecasts and debt reduction claims?
The forecasts are viewed as optimistic and likely downside-risk, with bond markets already signaling caution, implying the debt trajectory remains problematic.
