  • Great birth podcast

    I’m pregnant with my second and really enjoy listening to all the episodes! Karissa is very easy to listen to and I love that the interviews feel like a friend on FaceTime or something. And I love hearing tips and tricks from a doula’s perspective.

    I’m currently pregnant with my first and have found all of these episodes so helpful! I love the birth stories and also just all the information that I’ve been able to gather here. My goal is to go into birth very informed to keep myself as calm and relaxed as possible. I feel like these episodes have given me some important tools for that!
