This Podcast is an amazing tool to have in this modern world ruled by Western medicine! Women reclaiming their birth/pregnancy/feminine energy is so vital for a peaceful & meditative birth that brings a healthy Baby Earth-side. I’m so relieved that Michelle is sharing this for all Mama’s future/expecting/current. It’s tough to find all of this information collected in one place anywhere else.
I don’t have any children yet but the thought is sometimes frightening because of the process. After listening I definitely feel like it’s beyond do able. Her voice is so relaxing and I’m able to really hone in on what she’s saying and better manage my stress. I love this podcast everyone should hear it to be better prepared for not just family but their life journey!!!
I am not yet ready to start my personal journey toward creating a family but I've watched so many friends be confused and surprised and make mistakes along theirs. This show has really helped ease my nerves on the topic and I feel a lot more prepared to jump in when I am ready.
