  • So much goodness!

I stumbled across this podcast because I’m in the stages of giving up alcohol and the first one I listened to was your solo ep about alcohol. I was looking for something to resonate with me and this one really did. So now I’m hooked and have loved all of your other conversations you are having. You’re a really great interviewer and I feel like the conversations you have are so SO important and they all really flow well! I can’t wait for more episodes! Much love
