Less of the religious talk, more animation please guys! A lot of your shows are going into talking about religion and this is a show about animation no?
Just listened to “Is 2D Animation Making a Comeback?”—a fantastic discussion. For anyone curious about the real answer to that question—beyond all the recent teaser articles—this episode is essential listening. Having Aaron Blaise and Nick Burch on with Tony and Tom made for a powerhouse of insight.
Everyone’s warmth, humor, and generosity really shine through.
Congratulations on 100 episodes—what a gift to the animation community!
Having been a fan of traditional animation my whole life, it is a treat that the Bancroft brothers share their experience on this podcast. Their humor and love for the craft keep you listening.
The only reason I don’t give the podcast 5 stars is due to the fact that they talked openly about getting the controversial “jab.” This was a fear-mongering hoax from the beginning, and I would think Christians (as the Bancroft brothers are) especially would notice this.
Wow! I did not know about the main animator himself Kevin Temmer and he sounds AMAZING!!!!
I used to listen to this podcast all the time at work a few years ago and I recently was pleasantly surprised to realize they are still actively putting out podcasts! Now I’m addicted to listening to them again, they are so entertaining and the stories are really nostalgic, plus the humor is great! Going back and catching up on everything, they’re the best!
