Maybe useful isn’t the right word. My experience is that I often listen to this podcast as soon as an episode drops, and I think to myself that it’s “fluffy” or easy to listen to regardless of my emotional resources. (Some podcasts take some serious resources, you know?) But then I find myself continuing to digest what Sarah has said for days or weeks afterward. It sticks with me and gives me work to do. But... it’s fun. Best of both worlds!
