Favourite podcast to accompany my Saturday morning hike or run with the dogs. Always entertaining and relatable just feels like a chat with friends.
If you like needing to stop due to laughing too much in the middle of run…this is for you…but also full of really helpful & need to know info…really truly! Plus Allie & Anna are telling it like it is, and it really is like having your mates with you on your long run…give it a listen you will not regret!
I’ve listened to many running podcast and this is by far the best . Their honest approach in talking about running is fantastic . It’s like having a chat with two mates about running and the tricks and tips are great . If you haven’t listened give them a go you won’t be disappointed .😀👍
