Absolutely brilliant podcast, with 2 ladies talking as frankly as anyone you've heard about ultra running.
They are both really funny, really honest, and really listenable - I'm already convinced they're my best friends!
Look forward to this every week in my long run / car journey. Funny, honest and proper inspiring stuff. Love the chat about kit / toilet time / periods etc etc. all the things you want to know but don’t know where to ask! The story about the bloke trying to poo mid race & slipping off a slippery log - made me actually stop and laugh out loud . Trail running reality !!!!!! Best playlist too.
