Balanced, evidence based information. Incredibly helium resource as a first time mum ❤️
Thank you so much for this wonderful, evidence-based podcast with relevant and topical information eagerly sought by new and experienced parents alike! Even for experienced healthcare providers in the maternal-infant field. I am a nurse practitioner hospitalist in the Mother Baby Unit at Mount Sinai in Toronto. We used to work together, Afif, when I was an LC in the postnatal clinic. So nice to find this resource!

This podcast is fantastic and full of the most helpful information. All new parents struggle at some stage or another and the topics covered are great; they certainly brought me peace of mind when I was up at 2am wondering if I’m alone and doing things right! I also took my daughter to Afif for her 6 week check up after she was born and he was brilliant. Everyone should give this a listen!
I absolutely love this podcast from a parenting perspective but I listened even before I had my baby as I am a GP nurse. I recommend it to the parents I meet in work. Afif and Anne have a wonderful calming way about them and their years of experience and knowledge provides parents with evidence backed education. We live in a time where info online can be overwhelming and incorrect but you can be confident here listening to health experts and their fabulous range of guests.
As a mum of a 5.5 month old and a healthcare professional, I have been using these podcasts to help make decisions that are evidence based and I am very thankful for that. In a world of so much misinformation! Thank you 🙏🏽
