Great podcast, I think you missed the pioneer of the organic wine on this show - David Bruer from Temple Bruer Organic wine in SA. Long before any of the guests you had in this podcast he was making Organic wines and was not seeking the fame of it all, just making good every day wines that happened to be certified organic.
Am really enjoying these podcasts! And I am learning so much!!!
