Great podcast and information on entering the world of building a home. Super informative and filled with lots of great info. Thank you.
I just found this show and it is fantastic. There is no one else putting out this type of quality information for people considering building a custom home. I am in the process of listening to all past episodes with a notepad and pen. I don’t know if builders realize how important it is to put out content that shows their personality and skill to would-be customers but THIS is the way to do it. These folks even have me looking at Park City for my future build when that wasn’t even on my radar... more
Currently in the planning phase of our first custom home and this podcast has been a fantastic resource. I come away smarter after each episode and love the room-by-room episodes for when something particular is top of mind. Greatly appreciate you sharing this content with us!
I found this podcast when my Husband and I were in our due diligence period on a lot we were looking to buy. This podcast was a wealth of information, from learning how the appreciation of our land could be used toward our construction loan down payment, to how to choose a builder and whether or not to use an architect. Now that we are moving forward with our build, this new room-by-room season is a GIFT! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
I love the Art of Custom podcast. We’re getting ready to build our first custom home (unfortunately not in the St Louis area) and I’ve found the information super valuable. In addition, the show is very enjoyable to listen to. Can’t wait for future seasons!!
