  • Such great info - one of a kind

Really glad you switched back to this format of answering relevant questions for people considering building a custom home.

I just found this show and it is fantastic. There is no one else putting out this type of quality information for people considering building a custom home. I am in the process of listening to all past episodes with a notepad and pen. I don’t know if builders realize how important it is to put out content that shows their personality and skill to would-be customers but T... more

  • Best custom home podcast

I found this podcast when my Husband and I were in our due diligence period on a lot we were looking to buy. This podcast was a wealth of information, from learning how the appreciation of our land could be used toward our construction loan down payment, to how to choose a builder and whether or not to use an architect. Now that we are moving forward with our build, this new room-by-room season is a GIFT! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
