There are many areas where this dialogue is needed. I’m studying it, however, through the lens of law enforcement and there are answers here. I’m more optimistic than i have been in a while since listening to these podcasts.
Had high hopes for this podcast, unfortunately it was not very compelling and lost me instantly.
It is a well-rounded body of knowledge that draws on multiple disciplines that make it highly applicable and practical. The related training is also of good quality and clarity. Well worth the investment in time, a scarce commodity, and money.
There have been some really fantastic moments of new understanding by following along and listening. This content has made me so much more methodical in my approach to conflict and especially seemingly weak arguments in the workplace.
