I believe once you’ve had your second birth of a spiritual awakening, is when you can truly tap in and can see everything so clearly. After my meditation and morning coffee I just sit down and listen to an episode, put the day in perspective.

Andrew comes up with great ways to live your best life, reduce anxiety, and put everything into perspective. I’ve been watching his tiktoks for months and they’ve been a great help for my mental health. Definitely worth a listen.
