A lot of these types of convos can end up being fluff and motivational speeches but the American Dream has spent a lot of time getting into the nitty gritty of being Latin in tech (and America). Found myself keenly listening to each episode back when it was a webcast and now especially that it’s a podcast. Definitely worth a listen.
