  • Must Listen for all HA’ers!

I felt so alone when I was first diagnosed with hypothalamic amenorrhea.

NO BODY understood what I was going through or how I needed to heal my body (not even me, TBD).

This podcast blends the cold hard science with the warm soft emotional component of HA and will give you support to recover your period.

  • The perfect blend of knowledge and sharing for gentle healing

The Allin podcast has been a great help to me on my healing journey, both in understanding the health issues behind HA, and in deconstructing the thought patterns that led me to it. The objective scientific and social data allowed my Cartesian mind to hear and admit this state of affairs. As for the testimonials, they are a great source of inspiration, and contain many tips to be copied as soon as possible. Thank you Nicola and Florence for this high-quality content!

  • Life changing!

I HIGHLY recommend reading Dr. Rinaldi’s book, No Period Now What, in addition to listening to this podcast. Her work is entirely based on research and covers everything you ever need to know about HA.

After having HA for more than 15 years, I’ve almost fully recovered in just one month, something I never thought I could do.

Listen to this podcast and read her book!! You won’t just get your period back…you will get your LIFE back!

  • NOT human givers!

I think this is the best podcast I’ve ever heard. Wow. Talk about a gathering of BRILLIANT women!!! Phenomenal explanation of soooo many experiences in my past. Speechless. “Women are brought up to be human givers not human beings!” 😭😭😭😭😭 Relevant for ALL genders, ages, sizes, and life experiences. I’ve never once ever heard the medical pieces of this discussed. It’s incredible and beautiful and moving and I think you’ll all LOVE it!
