    I love Neil’s podcast. I started running my own airbnb a year ago ( just over) and achieved super host status quickly ( hoorah) and now we’re in the top 1% which is great and I love doing it, although I’m not sure how we got there - the Kate Winslet shed turned into an Honesty Shop may have helped a tiny bit. Of course the challenge going forwards is twofold I think. Firstly how to ensure that guests consistently have a great experience and secondly how to stand out from the crowd. Listening to ... more
