The Age Old Question is an insightful and hilarious podcast for the music fan who has ever debated music's unanswerables. Each episode tackles another debate in music fandom ("Is D Minor the saddest of all keys?" "Why do people hate the Eagles?"...). Rich Price and Clint Bierman host and call on friends and experts to help settle them once and for all. Part of Pantheon Podcasts.

Love this podcast! Waiting for “why the Beatles are the best band ever part 2” I have learned so much from the episodes- love geeking out to music trivia, music theory, and have been exposed to songs and musicians I wouldn’t have known about otherwise.
Love the show- have been listening to you for a couple of years now. Moved to Vermont four years ago from Cape Town, where I was part of a social group we called the Red Wine and Loud Music Society. Your podcast is much in keeping with our format of debating “best of” themes in Classic Rock and Blues. I’ve been hoping you would have a show to debate the best double live albums (other than the best by far- Waiting for Columbus).
Compelling questions thoughtfully explored by two extremely knowledgeable hosts. Highly recommended.
This podcast is as fun as it gets Every topic ends up being that weeks discussion w musician friends and my “civilians” friends as well. Thanks guys for letting me in that mythical dorm room or bar to hear your age old questions and join in the fun.
I am not a musician but when this podcast was released, it quickly became one of my favorites. This is my go-to podcast for doing housework and am always amazed how time flies when I am listening. The guys cover interesting topics, have great commentary that keep you engaged, and often I find that I learn something interesting along the way. Keep the new episodes coming!
