  • Fun and cozy

The hosts set a cozy (like the "cozy" mystery genre) tone with their Midwestern good natureness. (Warning : the first 20 minutes or so of every episode is chit chat but it's fun.) The recap/reaction is thoughtful and thorough.

So I’ve loved The Dead Files and paranormal shows for forever… TDF and Kindred Spirits are the best shows. I’ve had many paranormal encounters in my life. Amy and Megan are the quintessential midwestern Gen X and Xennial women; smart, friendly, hilarious (and sometimes self deprecating), compassionate and genuine. Th... more

  • Another podcast with too much rambling!

I’m sure these ladies are lovely, but I am almost half an hour into the first episode I picked and STILL nothing about the topic! I’ve given up. I wish podcasters would just get to the point. I’m not here to learn about podcasters private lives, I’m here to listen to the subject matter. I won’t be listening to any more…
