  • Great Podcast.

I got my first period in 6 grade. I was 13 years. I’m now 20. I have tried to put a tampon in twice durning the summer. It hurt. I only use tampons if it’s really hot and I’m going to be swimming. Listening to the podcast and stories is helpful. Knowing I’m not the only girl. I would rather use pads then tampons. Unless I’m going swimming. I’m still trying to face my fears of putting in a tampon.
