I love this podcast the banter back and forth is great! I love that they talk about books but give their perspective, opinions and background talk is funny!
Dr Spoons and Wheezy do a phenomenal job summarizing the books they read without making the episode feel dry or drag on. I’ve listened to a number of their episodes and I laugh every single time!
It feels like I’m sitting down with a pair of friends for a cup of tea and a book club. Also, they have such soothing and melodious voices (which is so important in order for me to enjoy a podcast)! 5/5⭐️!!!
Maybe they’re fantastic when (if?) they actually talk about the book, but I’ll never know because I didn’t make it that far. Once they start talking about the book, the episode is great! But it can take them 45-50 minutes of unrelated talk and then only 25-30 minutes of book talk.
It great that they give time stamps for slippers and honestly I usually don’t mind some beginning talks in podcasts but I just think they are just too excessive with it.
