That Grief Relief Podcast with Katie Overy is a light-hearted series chatting about all things grief and why it's ok to have a laugh in the process! Katie delves into why grief seems to be such a taboo subject and, why when she makes a joke about her dead parents, does everything turn a bit awkward?! Hopefully bringing a little ‘light relief to the grief’, this series is not here to offend or damp... more

Last year, James was told he had approximately 18 months left to live due to, the absolute b*tch that is, cancer. So what did he decide to do? He held his own funeral and #fakewake… an event he simply did not want to miss out on!

A glimpse into how others navigate through their personal grief experiences. Although the subject matter is heavy, the podcast is not. I look forward to listening to each episode and feel privileged to be permitted into very private individual life stories.
So warm, personable and funny, listening to people talk about their grief and how they deal with it, so open and brave, and Katie is so endearing with it while adding that infectious humour. Already waiting for the next one!
