I like this podcast. We really need black nurses talking about their experiences to help others! There aren’t many doing podcasts, and the ones that do fall off pretty quickly because it’s A LOT of work in addition to having a full time job. What’s keeping me from loving this one are the smaller details that combine together and make big problems. Music plays the whole time, and it’s so distracting and too loud sometimes.
