I listen to episodes repeatedly and often as i am heading to a match. Kim breaks things down into bite size pieces, easy to absorb. My favs are Hindrance and Know your job episodes!
I have recently started listening to this podcast and I love it! The tips are super helpful and I feel encouraged to change my ways! Here’s to teaching an old dog new tricks!!! Go tennis!
Thank you Kim for helping me take my amateur tennis up a notch. These podcasts are digestible nuggets of wisdom presented clearly and entertainingly. I highly recommend for anyone who plays tennis at any level. From declining to serve first, to tossing the ball like a glass of water, I’ve taken so much from these. Can’t recommend highly enough.
I recently discovered this podcast and wish that I found it earlier. I’m a high school coach and a league player - and I’ve learned many things from this podcast and the show notes that are helpful for me both as a coach and a player. Even it’s a topic I already know, I appreciate the way the topics are talked about. And I love the length - an episode can easily listened to more than once.
