This podcast is absolutely amazing for those who, like me, are studying Chinese. The pronunciation is very clear and they speak in a relatively slow speed. It is also excellent to practice reading. Congratulations to the teacher and to everyone in the staff who produce this podcast! 👏🏻👏🏻
I’m leaving this review because of the review I saw critiquing Nathan for not “listening” to Uyghur’s outside of Shanghai. Any group of people living abroad and claiming the status of asylum will be exceptionally biased. They must be in order to gain asylum. I think listening to the groups living in Chinese society is perfectly reasonable as it removes the selection bias.
就是声音跟ai似的
I wish Nathan wouldn’t tell us how great Uyghurs have it based on his friends in Shanghai. Maybe while he was in France he should have taken the opportunity to read the uncensored internet and learn some things. I know most Chinese people don’t eat dogs, but it sounds like his French coworkers know more about Xinjiang than he does. more
I was a little nervous of listening to Chinese podcast, afraid that my level was too low. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was perfect for me. I’ve taken 2 full years of Chinese in college and am midway through another semester now. more
