This podcast level is great, not too easy and just the right amount of new words for intermediate. The hosts voices are friendly and soothing. Thanks guys!
The hosts and dialogues are great for my Chinese level, however the theme music and ads are way louder than the audio, to the point where I need to adjust my volume constantly. In addition, there is poor differentiation between the show and the ads leading to confusion when listening, and the experience can be quite jarring at times. Having some differentiation between the ads and the main content would help greatly.
After living in China for a few years, I returned to America to find that there were very few Mandarin speaking opportunities. This podcast has been so helpful in keeping my mandarin proficiency at a decent level. I love challenging myself with the Upper Intermediate!
