Good energy, funny, knowledgeable, great pod voice. Helped me find some wonderful dramas. Love episodes with multinational guests. Big fan!
I have recently discovered C Dramas and have become slightly obsessed! I describe it as that feeling when you read an incredible book you just can’t put down and then discover that the author has written hundreds more. I don’t know anyone who watches though and I’ve been desperate to talk to someone about them so this podcast has been a godsend! Thanks Liliana, I’m really enjoying listening.
This a sweet podcast hosted by someone who is an unabashed fan of dramas. I enjoy tuning in every week to hear her latest thoughts on these Asian dramas that we all love.
I’ve listened to all the available Asian drama podcasts available on Apple, a lot of which I’ve tried & dropped. I’m picky on the sound consistency, rambling off topic too long & I want to be engaged with the podcasters. Liliana is knowledgeable & eloquent & her passion is contagious. And she fills a void in Chinese drama content. Highly recommend Tea & Soju to all avid drama watchers!
This is a nice podcast to listen too but I feel as if something is missing. My personal opinion would be if u could add a co host for ur podcast it would bring it up a level

A lively, fan-centric show that focuses on Chinese-language dramas, with frequent forays into Korean, Japanese, and Thai titles. Episodes blend episode breakdowns, personal viewing journeys, and community-driven discussions about pacing, genre conventions, distribution and streaming dynamics, often featuring multiple hosts and guests who bring fan-analytics, industry context, and varied perspectives on character arcs and storytelling. Noteworthy is the host's transparent, community-oriented style—frequent audience engagement, Patreon behind-the-scenes content, and a willingness to tackle controversial opinions with warmth and banter.
