  • I Love This Podcast!

A very good Christian podcast focusing on weight loss that I came across tonight. I feel not only do we need to know about weight loss and our own personal journeys, but we need to also know what God has to say about it. I’m so happy to have come across this podcast. It is added to my Library.

  • A must-listen for anyone who struggles with food/weight loss

Wow, I absolutely LOVE how Barb and her guests dive deep into the root issues behind weight loss - not just the practical tips and tools, but the deeper mindset barriers, spiritual truths and insights, and ways to really break free from unhealthy patterns in all areas of our lives. A lot of people (especially women) fall into self-hatred, guilt, and frustrating cycles because they haven’t been taught these exact things. Such invaluable gems in this podcast!!

  • Love this podcast

I love Barb’s gentle encouragement and wise words that she shares. She’s so open and vulnerable and shares honestly. She makes it seem so ‘do-able’. Not that I have succeeded yet! But I continue to listen to these podcasts for guidance and encouragement.

  • So helpful

I really appreciate Barb and her ability to help people in a tangible way! She helps people to get to the deeper issue that the symptom of “food as a coping mechanism” tries to suppress. Her pointing people back to God and truth journaling has taught me so much! I have my personal issues of turning to food for comfort too often and getting in a cycle that ultimately brings me to a point of depression—-but finding Barb’s podcast has already helped me and brought me peace of mind. Her interviews a... more
