今年的医保目录发布，连发布方式都不按套路来——不是在北京，而是在广州的2025创新药高质量发展大会上官宣。避开了北方的大风，发布现场带来了另一场“暖风”：经历连续八年的动态调整后，今年的医保目录更新再次用结果释放出支持真创新的信号。
数据是最直观的体现。2025年国家医保目录新增药品114种，其中一类创新药达50种。几年前，人们还称国谈是“寒冬送温暖”，而今年，这种温暖已来得更直接：谈判成功率、纳入数量、创新药占比皆创下新高。
