This podcast is incredibly informative, insightful, and authentic. Cassie brings herself to the table and invites guest to do the same. Cassie has a gift of bringing complicated topics and discussing them in a tangible, real way. Whether you are someone on the journey of reclaiming your body or just beginning the journey, I couldn’t recommend this podcast more!❤️
Wow! "Taking Up Space" never disappoints. This episode with Sam Dylan Finch was particularly powerful. Cassie is, as always, incredibly knowledgeable and creates such a safe space for open conversation. Sam's story about intergenerational trauma and his eating disorder was eye-opening. It really makes you think about the impact of family history, even for those disconnected from their roots.
Really enjoyed the interview on internalized ageism, and love how Cassie makes space for her guests and asks questions that let them share their insight and expertise 🧡
I love what Cassie brings to the table! She talks about real life issues that as women we suffer from, but NO ONE is talking about. She’s real, and gets to the heart of shedding light on our disconnect to our bodies and self. A must listen!
