I do think that Dan is judging too early on Trapillo just taking either the Left or Right Tackle position with nothing standing in his way. He has looked very good in helmet, t-shirt and shorts. But he won’t beat out Darnell Wright (a 1st round pick, who has played well) on the right side. And Braxton Jones who is just capable, has 3 seasons of experience against NFL rushers. Longtime listener, Grote and Dan are great together. Please no more Studz on air. More interviews, and no more little broken up segments that make me think there’s new episodes! Would be 5 stars otherwise.
Good bears conversations, really appreciate the honest takes, lack of homer and meatball takes. I’m knocking them a star for the way they break up each episode in the podcast line up and it complicates and messes up my pod line-up. The frustration over Eberflus and the Bears hiring practices, plus their outlandish loses is certainly frustrating. I get it. But several of us listen to the podcast with our children and since there is no explicit label, we do not get a warn... more
