"穀物和水果也不會一下子就長好，農夫越栽培就會越逐漸生長並成熟，就像這樣，如果肉體去做，靈就會逐漸產生變化，逐漸成長。
因此，就算自己的肉體很軟弱，還是要持續不斷的為自己的靈去做，這樣靈才不會失去力量。
而是會寄予希望說：原來我的肉體沒有自暴自棄，而是去做了阿！
靈不會失去自信感，而是也會努力去做。"

"如果希望能被神寶貴的使用在牧會或各種使命上，就要拼命潔淨自己，將自己造就的毫無瑕疵。要磨練、鍛鍊、造就自己。自己潔淨多少、造就多少，就能被使用多少。"
