Selbst für jemanden der nicht vom „Fach“ ist, ein sehr aufschlussreicher Podcast. Ich habe hier schon ganz viele Impulse mitgenommen. Meine absoluten Lieblingsfolgen sind die über Fehlerkultur und der agile Plaumenkuchen. Es zeigt das „New Work“ nicht nur etwas für Großkonzerne ist, sondern auch in kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen / Handwerksberufen Einzug erhalten kann.
