As a parent of a kiddo coached by the host, I may be biased, but...for anyone who loves the sport of swimming or has a passion for coaching any sport, this podcast is fantastic. It’s wonderful to hear how different people approach the sport and being a coach. I grew up a competitive swimmer, but hearing about the sport from the coaches viewpoints is fascinating. It’s also humbling, as a parent, to understand the passion these coaches pour into to our kids and the ‘dry side’ of swimming.
