Came for the Time Bandits chat, stayed for the Chicago Red Line overview. Grew up close enough to know Chicago Comics…and the old Moondogs, etc. The ‘81 Time Bandits was one of the first bootleg VHS movies we had so I probably watched it 50 times before we ever got cable in S. Barrington. I didn’t particularly love it but it reeks of nostalgia for me. Had a family tv night and I popped on the new Apple show. Fortunately we all liked it and now I have a podcast companion.
