My 10 yr old daughter has PANS/PANDAS. Flares are real. I learned more about the physiological reasons for their flares and how to “in the scary moments” calm them. Holding them tight, breathing, sitting lower than your child. In my year’s research I never learned this. Thank you and looking forward to many more episodes!!
