I have only Listened to a few episodes and this is exactly what is happening. I am lucky on one front of no physical abuse. Covert narcissism is not really talked about very well but this confirms what i have been going through. “Death by a Thousand Paper Cuts” has been my go to phrase for my feeling for several years. It was the only way to describe it. Stay strong
