I have just started subbing this month and I had been losing my mind because I couldn’t find anything catered to what I need to get tips and tools to be an effective substitute. This has been an invaluable resource and it’s helped me tremendously!
I know him personally and I can say he is a wonder human being and will always be there for you no matter what!! He was one of my favorite subs I ever had and no one ever called him Mr.Collins always Greg and he was the chillest teacher because if his methods worked with a bunch of gen z kids it must work well! Keep in mind that this is the opinion of one economically privileged white man with limited experience. He did not work in the field and has not subbed for long. I’ve listened to several episodes and there haven’t been any interviews or other perspectives.
