I appreciate the information Tim consistently presents. It’s tough to find strength training for runners, I assume because people who know what to do want to coach or charge for the advice. But he presents good info for a better price.
Loving the podcast , really informative and learning lots of interesting things , great guests and it really keeps your attention as things explained clearly and very in depth.
