  • S&S provides an unbiased science based perspective on health and wellness. I appreciate that they don't use 'bro science', take sponsor's that might make them less independent and that they explain complex concepts in a easy to digest way. The shittalk is great and only gets better with the scotch.

  • Political I’m out

I listen to learn about exercise and healthy living, and sometimes whiskey. The boys got political and talked BLM and police killings. The police shooting in Kenosha was justified he was an armed felon resisting a lawful arrest. Podcasters that are uninformed should stick to their area of expertise. Virtue signaling doesn’t work. It is harmful to input bad information into a social hot spot. Lazy uninformed is not a good look.
