The best. Always funny and endearing people I used to listen years ago and now I'm back to finish what I haven't heard. Looking forward to see if you will do more or have anything going on now!
S&S provides an unbiased science based perspective on health and wellness. I appreciate that they don't use 'bro science', take sponsor's that might make them less independent and that they explain complex concepts in a easy to digest way. The shittalk is great and only gets better with the scotch.
It’s obvious that Brandon and Grant put extraordinary effort in covering topics and finding guests that are authentic and truly care about being a positive force in this world - the insights
As someone who has always been into Scotch and recently got into strength training, this is a great show for me. I’ve listened to most of the episodes over the lockdown period.
Not sure what you guys look like, but I imagine that Coach Heavey looks like Seth Logan and Grant looks like Stifler from American Pie.
All the best,
Michael, Manchester UK
I listen to learn about exercise and healthy living, and sometimes whiskey. The boys got political and talked BLM and police killings. The police shooting in Kenosha was justified he was an armed felon resisting a lawful arrest. Podcasters that are uninformed should stick to their area of expertise. Virtue signaling doesn’t work. It is harmful to input bad information into a social hot spot. Lazy uninformed is not a good look.
