Came by to listen to this episode in particular and I really enjoyed the content put out by Chris and Craig. This was a lengthy deep dive into the new V5 Camarilla book and it discusses the virtues and vices of that book in a very real and helpful way. Check this out if you are interested in great podcasts.
As well as a great podcast for all things board games. Keep it up!
Hands down the best L5R podcast out there. They talk about everything from tournament reports and recent shifts in meta to previews and fictions. They seem like a fun group of guys and listening to them makes me feel like I'm sitting at the table talking to a bunch of my friends about L5R. The recent set of interviews has also been amazing. I even appreciate the non-L5R content since I play netrunner and board games too.
This is a great cast for people that like to play table top games. No matter what kind I game that may be.
I've been listening for over a year now, either though I haven't played the game in forever, it's been great to hear what state the game is in from this crew.
Great podcast. Funny hosts and insightful L5R content.
I'm completely impressed with the hosts of this podcast. They don't let their cache of knowledge & experience provide them a sense of elitism or disdain when discussing the evolving environment of L5R. It's refreshing to hear veterans of a fantasy-based game sound excited instead of sulking about how things "ought to be". Keep up the great work making this podcast informative, current and FUN!!
They analyze a lot of the cards, and decktypes. Give you a heads up on what is doing good and why it is or not. Much better than trolling the boards and doing it yourself. The hosts are accomplished players that have played for sometime. They have played many different clans and decktypes. So they have a good idea what they are talking about. It is in your best interests to listen to what they have to say. more
