I listen to a lot of podcasts of different shows- often to decompress to be entertained or to try and fall asleep and consistently on Apple to hear these "musical" intros -- so annoying. Anyway, I like hearing about the trails.... I like Gary's books except that I'm vegan, his toe nails, and sometimes I just think misogyny like how Meghan is portrayed-- her trail name how much she talks but ultimately she's a superstar. She is a solid person. He makes a difference and helps I really like her and... more
Just listened to the come back episode and the show is still soo weak, especially with Gary. Stop interrupting Megan with your humor that you think is funny, it’s not and neither are you. I agree with other reviews on here about the structure, sound, etc. Just hand it over to Reptar!
This could be so good. I jumped ahead a year after episode #4 and was similarly unimpressed. Zero structure. Too many characters. Disjunct. No organization. Terrible interviewing skills. Zero storytelling skills. Zero post-processing. Bad sound. Who’s in charge here? This is so bad. What a waste of time.
great topics and guests not to mention the Interviewers themselves!!! Highly recommend
While I won’t go into my own opinions on the movie, I really enjoyed green giants final opinions on what the book symbolizes to him. After telling my parents about my plan to hike in 2020, my dad gave me the book for Christmas and it symbolized his support for my journey. But I still love ripping on the movie 👍👍
