    Hi coach Joe Di thank you for all your podcasts, they are great! Episode 59 on the lymphatic system was fantastic! I have a deviated septum on both sides of my nose and get a lot of sinus infections. When I get a sinus infection the base of my skull and neck hurts, I have asked numerous doctors and nose specialist about that and they say it is not related. After listening to episode 59 on the lymphatic system and how 1/3rd of the lymph nodes are in the neck, I now think they are related and that... more

He delivers constant knowledge bombs and holds space for his guests so we get as much benefit as possible. Being a coach myself I find all aspects Joe discusses fascinating.
