I’m quite new to this and he gets some good guests but it feels it’s all about him. You think you’re about to hear something interesting, a guest is developing a line of thought, then he interjects with some inane anecdote about himself. Susannah Constantine must have the patience of a saint. He’s infuriating.
Came here to listen to the Susannah Constantine interview. So frustrating that the host kept talking over her and interrupting her. I wanted to hear from her, not you. Disrespectful.
Not sure if it’s just my device or my app, but the interviews are so quiet. The commercials are the usual sound level but the actual podcast is very, very quiet.
This is a really great podcast. Totally different and you feel you are in the room with Mark and his guests.
I thought I’d give the show another go as I hoped they’d improved the sound quality but alas no still have to crank it up to top volume just to hear anything and then get blasted when the adverts come on. Please do something about the sound!
